• Drum Billet - died of old age (pg 12)
• A dozen gnolls - zapped by Esk's staff (pg 104)

Definitely died - off page (ie referred to by someone)

• A wizard - started to read the Necrotelicomnicon and let his mind wander. The next morning they found all his clothes on the chair with his hat on top of them and the book had a lot more pages (pg 151-152)
